Once ordered, you can except your order to arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping or 1-2 business days for express.
Majority of Smart Life products are plug-and-play, meaning that you simply take them out of the box, plug them in and connect to the app. The box will also contain a QR code for a setup guide to walk you through setup steps within the app. The only products that you may require assistance with are our Light Switches. We recommend having these installed by an electrician. they install in the same way as a normal light switch but we do not recommend you do this on your own.
Smart Life will supply a full refund or replacement for any defective products. We are also able to offer refunds or returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase however only if the product is unopened. For more details on our returns policy please click here.
Smart Life accepts normal card payments at checkout, as well as Zippay and Afterpay. We also accept cash on pickup for orders that you are picking up.
Yes. We have pickup option in Clayton South & Caulfield South at the moment. This is a free option.
Yes. We are able to take cash payments at pickup however if you wish to use Zippay, AfterPay or Card, you will need to pay online before you pickup.
